CALV Hosts Essential Class for Local Real Estate Professionals
The Commercial Alliance Las Vegas (CALV) will host a vital educational class for real estate professionals on **March 26, 2024**. This session focuses on enhancing communication skills specific to commercial real estate, a critical area for industry success.
Held from **1 to 4 p.m.** at the Las Vegas REALTORS® building located at **6360 S. Rainbow Blvd**, the class will be led by CALV member **Dianne Simmons**, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Participants can expect a blend of technical knowledge, emotional intelligence, and negotiation skills tailored for the commercial sector.
Continuing education is crucial for real estate professionals, and this course offers three hours of general credits toward renewing a **Nevada real estate license**. The registration fees are **$30 for CALV members** and institute partners, while non-members will pay **$40**.
