Laufey Launches Unique Pop-Up with Everlane at SoHo
Laufey, the Grammy Award-winning artist, is set to captivate fans with a unique pop-up experience in New York City’s SoHo, coinciding with her global tour. On October 28-29, 2025, Laufey will unveil “Everland,” a collaborative space with the clothing brand Everlane. This immersive environment, designed to reflect her artistic vision, celebrates their ongoing partnership and showcases her best-selling collections.
The pop-up will feature an elaborate set, themed beverages, and Laufey’s signature jazz music playing throughout the venue. The collaboration has already produced two successful collections, with the first line launched in Fall 2025, highlighting stylish cardigans, blazers, and Mary Janes. The latest offerings lean towards cozy loungewear, featuring essentials like tees, hoodies, and sweatpants, all adorned with Laufey’s personal signature. Notably, a portion of the proceeds from this second collection will benefit The Laufey Foundation, which focuses on providing access to music education and instruments for young musicians.
Exploring Personal Style and Musical Journey
In a recent interview, Laufey discussed her creative process for the “Everland” campaign, emphasizing the importance of authenticity. Her twin sister, Junia, plays a crucial role as her creative director, ensuring the environment reflects both Laufey’s personality and Everlane’s ethos. “The idea was to be fully immersed in a world that feels kind of adjacent to my music, which is quite timeless but has a level of humor to it and is a little dreamy,” she explained.
Laufey also reflected on the impact of her music, which resonates deeply with her audience. “It feels really amazing,” she stated. “The fact that I get to create art that connects with people makes me feel less alone in the world.”
Her sense of community with fans is evident. “I see reflections of myself in every single one of them,” she admitted, highlighting the genuine connections she shares with her audience.
Fashion Inspirations and Future Collaborations
Laufey’s evolving style is also a topic of interest. She reminisced about her childhood experiences with fashion, recalling a painful memory from fourth grade when a peer criticized her for wearing skirts and ballet shoes. Despite the bullying, she has embraced her personal style, which she describes as “doll-like.” “I’m just unapologetically a fan of that,” she affirmed.
Her collaboration with Everlane stems from a long-standing admiration for the brand. Laufey shared that she has always identified with the “Everlane woman,” who embodies a confident, self-sufficient spirit. This connection has made the partnership particularly meaningful for her.
When discussing her musical aspirations, Laufey expressed excitement about collaborating with iconic figures in the industry. “Collaborating with Barbra Streisand was incredible,” she said. “The fact that she resonated with a song I wrote about feeling overwhelmed is profound.” She also dreams of working with legends like Ella Fitzgerald and Lady Gaga in the future.
As she embarks on her tour, Laufey promises an engaging experience for her fans, complete with beautiful outfits and intentional storytelling. “I’m going to put on a show,” she said, highlighting the thoughtfulness behind each performance.
With her unique blend of music, fashion, and personal storytelling, Laufey continues to carve out her space in the entertainment industry, making significant strides while staying true to herself.
