Metcalf Builders is set to enhance its Southern Nevada presence with the announcement of the Marble Manor Redevelopment, a significant affordable housing project in Las Vegas. This initiative will involve a total investment of $43 million and aims to provide 138 residential units alongside various community amenities. Construction is scheduled to begin in January 2026 and is expected to conclude by fall 2027.

The Marble Manor Redevelopment in the Historic Westside of Las Vegas marks a strategic continuation of Metcalf Builders’ efforts to address the urgent need for affordable housing in the region. The redevelopment will be executed in collaboration with Brinshore Development and the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority (SNRHA).
