Pine Grove Area High School Names March Students of the Month
BREAKING: Pine Grove Area High School has just announced its March Students of the Month, celebrating two outstanding students who are making remarkable contributions to their school community. This recognition highlights not only their academic achievements but also their dedication to extracurricular activities and future ambitions.
Samantha Eisenhauer, the daughter of Tim Eisenhauer from Tremont and Kahla Waldron from Lebanon, has been honored for her exceptional involvement across various platforms. Eisenhauer is a key member of the National Honor Society, participates in the chorus, and serves on the band council. She is also active in SADD (Students Against Destructive Decisions), cross country, girls wrestling, track and field, and holds the position of JROTC cadet captain. Eisenhauer plans to enlist in the Army National Guard, pursue a nursing degree, and aims to become a postpartum nurse and a chef within the military.
Meanwhile, Brady Gehres, son of John and Kelita Gehres from Donaldson, is also recognized as a March Student of the Month. He excels in multiple sports including soccer and track and field, and is involved in archery and e-sports. Gehres is a member of Aevidum, the marching band, and the History National Honor Society. He aspires to major in history education at Penn State Schuylkill while continuing his soccer career at the collegiate level.
This announcement underscores Pine Grove Area High School’s commitment to fostering well-rounded students who are not only academically successful but also engaged in their communities. The achievements of Eisenhauer and Gehres serve as an inspiration to their peers, demonstrating the importance of leadership, dedication, and service.
