San Bernardino Man Arrested for Stealing $1,000 in Ulta Goods

BREAKING: A man has been arrested in San Bernardino County for allegedly stealing $1,000 worth of merchandise from an Ulta Beauty store. Jerome Willis, 33, of Hesperia, was taken into custody following a swift response from law enforcement.

On October 1, 2023, authorities were alerted to a retail theft incident at the Ulta Beauty store located in the 12700 block of Main Street in Hesperia. Store employees reported that Willis entered the store, filled his cart with items, and fled without paying, escaping in a Chevy Traverse SUV.

The next day, while conducting a separate investigation, deputies from the Victorville Sheriff’s Station spotted the SUV linked to Willis. Upon searching the vehicle, they discovered the stolen items from Ulta Beauty, which led to his immediate arrest at the scene.
