In his position at Grand Canyon Development Partners, Brewer will oversee the entire lifecycle of development projects. His responsibilities include collaborating closely with consultants, contractors, and owner representatives to ensure the smooth progression of initiatives from programming and schematic design to project closeout. Brewer’s diverse background includes significant contributions to large-scale hospitality projects, capital improvement programs, and new constructions for K-12 school districts, as well as various public agencies and municipalities.
