In a previous transaction, Director Michael L. Speiser sold 50,338 shares on December 5, 2023, at an average price of $230.65, totaling approximately $11,610,459.70. Following this sale, Speiser’s remaining shares comprise 32,756 shares, valued at about $7,555,171.40, reflecting a significant 60.58% reduction in ownership.

Analysts on Wall Street have offered varying insights into Snowflake’s stock. In a recent note, JMP Securities raised its price target for Snowflake from $283.00 to $325.00 while maintaining a “market outperform” rating. Similarly, Morgan Stanley increased its target from $272.00 to $299.00, giving the company an “overweight” rating.
Other notable adjustments include BTIG Research, which reaffirmed a “buy” rating with a target of $312.00, and Wells Fargo & Company, which raised its price objective from $275.00 to $290.00. Piper Sandler also restated an “overweight” rating, setting a target of $285.00.
Currently, the consensus rating for Snowflake among analysts is “Moderate Buy,” with an average target price of $274.78. Notably, two analysts have given the stock a “Strong Buy” rating, while thirty-five have rated it as a “Buy.” Three analysts have assigned a “Hold” rating, and three have given it a “Sell” rating.
