BREAKING: Arc Beverly has officially opened its doors at 9800 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, transforming the coworking and social club landscape. This luxurious facility offers an exclusive blend of workspace and social experiences, designed for professionals seeking a chic alternative to traditional offices.

The newly launched Arc Beverly spans 65,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor environments, featuring private offices, collaborative workspaces, and two stunning rooftop terraces. “We view Arc Beverly as a workspace-focused club, where the driving force for membership is the workspace and private suites,” stated David Gutstadt, principal of Good City Studio, the Philadelphia-based design firm behind the project.

Arc Beverly has undergone significant renovations, transitioning from the previous operator, Spring Place. The facility is already attracting attention from a diverse membership, including tech companies and influencers. With major events like the 2026 World Cup and 2028 Olympic Games on the horizon, the club is poised to host high-profile gatherings.

One standout feature of Arc Beverly is its culinary program, led by Victor Totoris. Inspired by his Argentine heritage, Totoris has revamped the food offerings, ensuring all aiolis are made in-house and that seed oils have been eliminated. The menu includes Argentinian favorites like chicken milanesa sandwiches and skirt steak with chimichurri, catering to both members and non-members.

“The space was beautiful, but we’ve added a cosmetic facelift and functional improvements,” said Amanda Potter, founder of Good City Studio. The club is designed not only for work but also as a vibrant social hub, hosting events from yoga classes on the rooftop to intimate dinners and film screenings.

Membership at Arc Beverly starts at $300 per month, offering access to the restaurant, lounges, coworking areas, and cultural programming. Members also benefit from reciprocal privileges at over 70 clubs worldwide, enhancing the allure of joining this exclusive community.

As Arc Beverly positions itself at the forefront of a new era in coworking and social clubs, it taps into a growing demand for premium workspaces, especially as competitors like NeueHouse have closed locations. The club has seen a significant spike in inquiries, reflecting a shift in how professionals want to work and network.

With the addition of industry veteran Florence Granteral as vice president of club experience, Arc Beverly is set to redefine the membership experience, focusing on community engagement and operational excellence.

This launch is a timely development for Beverly Hills, as the area continues to evolve into a premier destination for both business and leisure. Arc Beverly is not just a coworking space; it’s a lifestyle hub for the modern professional looking to connect, collaborate, and thrive.

Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting new addition to Beverly Hills’ vibrant landscape.
