Les Arcs Coproduction Village has announced its selection of 18 feature film projects for its 17th edition, scheduled for December 2025. This initiative aims to connect filmmakers with coproducers, sales agents, and distributors, facilitating essential partnerships for project development. The selection process drew from a competitive pool of 391 submissions, highlighting the initiative’s significance within the European film landscape.

This year’s selection features a diverse array of voices, with nine projects directed by female filmmakers, two by a female-male duo, and seven by male directors. Notably, female-directed projects constituted 41% of all submissions, showcasing a commitment to gender representation in the film industry. Each project will vie for the Eurimages Co-production Development Award, valued at €20,000, and the ArteKino International Award, worth €6,000.

Focus on Greece and Industry Initiatives

This year, Greece is designated as the Country of Focus at the festival, leading to the inclusion of three Greek film projects in the Coproduction Village. Additionally, a delegation of Greek industry professionals will participate, enhancing networking opportunities. The Industry Village will feature a robust program of conferences, meetings, workshops, and masterclasses, details of which are expected to be announced shortly.

The Music Village, another component of the festival, will gather over 200 professionals from the music and film sectors. It will host activities such as one-on-one meetings, workshops, and masterclasses focused on the intersection of music and cinema.
