UPDATE: The beloved Fab 40s neighborhood in Sacramento, California is buzzing with excitement as eager trick-or-treaters flock to its streets this Halloween. KCRA 3’s reporter, Lee Anne Denyer, captured the excitement on 41st Street, where one house was delighting kids with creative treats, including monstrous candy corn, affectionately dubbed “monster teeth.”
