The Lancaster Stormers announced significant changes in their front office, promoting two key leaders as part of a strategy to enhance the franchise’s future both on and off the field. The Prospector Baseball Group has elevated Michael Reynolds to Chief Executive Officer and Alexandra Bunn to Vice President and Assistant General Manager of the team.

Reynolds, who previously held the positions of President and General Manager, will now oversee the organization’s strategic vision and daily operations. His expanded role will also address the long-term growth of both the Stormers and the wider portfolio of the Prospector Baseball Group. Ownership recognized Reynolds for his contributions in strengthening operations, expanding partnerships, and establishing Penn Medicine Park as a year-round community hub.

Leadership Changes Reflect Commitment to Community

In a statement following the announcement, Reynolds expressed appreciation for the trust placed in him and his team, emphasizing the importance of the Stormers and the Lancaster community. “PBG recognizes how special the Stormers and the Lancaster community truly are,” he remarked, highlighting the franchise’s recent growth.

Bunn, who has been with the Stormers since 2017, rose from her initial role as an intern to Vice President of Baseball Operations before her promotion. In her new position, she will continue to manage stadium and team operations while taking on additional responsibilities related to strategic planning and overall business development. “I am honored to step into this new role and grateful for the opportunity,” Bunn stated, thanking the ownership and leadership for their confidence in her abilities.

Prospector Baseball Group’s Vision for the Future

The co-founders of the Prospector Baseball Group, John Abbamondi and Ben Boyer, praised both executives for their dedication and leadership, which they believe are crucial to the franchise’s ongoing success and future direction. Since its establishment in 2005, the Lancaster Stormers have become an integral part of the local community, known not only for their competitive presence in the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball but also for their focus on family-friendly entertainment and community involvement.

The Prospector Baseball Group operates a growing network of Minor League clubs across the United States, emphasizing local leadership, sustainable practices, and enhanced fan experiences.
