Stagwell Inc. (NASDAQ: STGW) has announced the establishment of its new Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore, a move aimed at enhancing its capabilities in AI-driven marketing solutions. The hub, located at Solaris @ one north, is set to open in the first quarter of 2026 and is designed to foster collaboration among Stagwell’s various agencies.

The new facility will provide a modern and sustainable workspace that aligns with Stagwell’s vision for responsible growth. Solaris is a Green Mark Platinum-certified campus situated within Singapore’s vibrant one north innovation precinct. This strategic location underscores the company’s commitment to being at the forefront of Singapore’s innovation economy.

The Singapore hub will house several of Stagwell’s agencies, including ADK, Allison, Assembly, Forsman & Bodenfors, HarrisX, Ink Global, and Locaria. By bringing these teams together, Stagwell aims to create an integrated environment that enhances communication and accelerates the development of AI-powered marketing strategies.

Randy Duax, Managing Director of Stagwell Asia-Pacific, highlighted the importance of this new campus in driving the company’s growth in the region. “Singapore is the engine of our growth in Asia. The new Stagwell Singapore campus brings creativity, media, communications, data, and AI together so we can move faster for clients,” he stated.

The facility will feature flexible layouts, technology-enabled collaboration zones, and community spaces to support a hybrid working model. This design aims to enhance operational agility, allowing integrated teams to work side by side, facilitating faster decision-making and innovative solutions tailored to evolving client needs.

Connie Chan, Chief Growth Officer of Stagwell APAC, emphasized the hub’s role in promoting a collaborative and sustainable workspace. “Our new home at Solaris @ one north reflects Stagwell’s commitment to building for the future. It’s a space designed for collaboration, creativity, and sustainability – so we can show up stronger for clients in Singapore and across APAC,” she said.

The partnership with Bart Price, CEO of Vita Partners, who manages Solaris @ one north, further solidifies the hub’s strategic positioning. Price expressed excitement about Stagwell’s presence in the building, stating, “Stagwell’s presence in the building strengthens our vision of creating vibrant ecosystems for innovative and forward-thinking occupiers across the Asia-Pacific region.”

This announcement follows a year of significant developments for Stagwell in the APAC market, including the acquisition of ADK GLOBAL and the expansion of the Future of News initiative to Singapore. Additionally, the launch of the Stagwell Media Platform, which centralizes global media, technology, and data investment expertise, marks a vital step in the company’s growth strategy.

Recently, Stagwell also unveiled a partnership with Palantir to develop an innovative AI and data platform. This platform aims to provide clients with quicker access to marketing and advertising targeting information, ultimately unlocking new avenues for return on investment.

With the opening of this new hub, Stagwell reaffirms its position as a leader in marketing transformation, focusing on combining creativity with advanced technology to drive effective outcomes for its clients. As the company continues to expand its footprint in the Asia-Pacific region, the Singapore hub is poised to play a crucial role in shaping the future of marketing strategies globally.
