According to Joe Giudice, former star of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” who spent 41 months incarcerated at the same facility, Combs’ fate “depends on how he carries himself.”

You ain’t in there with the most stable people,” he warned. A lot of the food is expired.” This former inmate, who spent 17 months at the facility, remarked, “I told a kid, ‘This isn’t a jail, this is an insane asylum!’ and he agreed. It was a zoo.”

While the prison environment is fraught with challenges, Giudice noted some positives. He mentioned that inmates can pay for services like security and food preparation, with options to have clothes tailored and shoes shined. “That’s just how it is,” he said, highlighting a stark contrast to the otherwise grim atmosphere.

Combs, now 56, was recently sentenced after a high-profile trial where he was found not guilty on two counts of sex trafficking. However, he was convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution, leading to his transfer from the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY, to Fort Dix last month. His release is scheduled for June 2028.
