Authorities in Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania, are actively pursuing a 39-year-old man from Upper Darby, identified as Cedric Ray Dowtin, in connection with a burglary incident that occurred on September 2, 2025. An arrest warrant was issued for Dowtin by the Sharon Hill Borough Police Department on October 21, 2025, citing multiple charges including burglary, criminal trespass, harassment, and disorderly conduct.

On October 22, police executed a search warrant at a residence linked to Dowtin in Upper Darby Township. However, he was not present at the time of the operation. Authorities are now calling on Dowtin to voluntarily surrender to law enforcement as investigations continue.
