Exciting Events in Loveland and Fort Collins This Weekend
A vibrant lineup of events is set to take place in the Loveland and Fort Collins areas this weekend, promising entertainment for residents and visitors alike. From live musical performances to trivia nights and community gatherings, there is something for everyone.
Musical Performances and Entertainment
The Grammy-nominated Christian music band MercyMe will take the stage at the Blue Arena in Loveland on November 6 at 19:00. Joining them are artists Natalie Grant and Sam Wesley, performing a selection of worship and popular songs. Other notable events include a comedy performance by Phil Hanley at The Comedy Fort in Fort Collins, scheduled for November 7 at 19:00, with additional shows on November 8 at 18:00 and 20:30. Additionally, the Fort Collins Symphony will hold an open rehearsal on November 6 from 19:00 to 20:15 at the Lincoln Center, which is free and open to the public.
Community Activities and Gatherings
Several community-focused events are also on the agenda. The Texas Hold’Em poker night at Charlie L’s Pub in Loveland invites players from 19:00 to 20:15, with free entry. Trivia enthusiasts can enjoy Small Batch Trivia at MeadKrieger Meadery from 18:30 to 20:30, also free to join.
For families, the Loveland Public Library will host a Family Storytime session for children up to age 5 and their caregivers from 10:15 to 10:45 on November 6. This is followed by a Bilingual Storytime from 11:00 to 11:30. Both sessions are complimentary.
Additionally, the Colorado State University Symposium 2025 will take place at the Lory Student Center Theatre in Fort Collins at 16:00 on November 6. CSU President Amy Parsons and former Colorado Governor Bill Owens will lead discussions on democracy and civil discourse, open to the public.
